How to Buy

Go to mamupapu.com's website, our url is http://www.mamupapu.com

1. Choose your Category and Language

Choose your language at top of the screen by clicking flag icon. Navigate through Categories section, click on specific sub category, you will see list of products on center page.

2. Choose your desired product

Click on specific product to see detail information (go to step 3), or directly click "Add to Cart" button to put the product on your shopping cart (go to step 4).

3. Learn detailed product information

Please read carefully product detailed information, placed on bottom side of product image on product detail page. Please notice that some products has more than 1 combination (size, color, etc), for example: 200ml, 500 ml and 1000ml. Price will automatically changed when you choose different combination. Click "Add to Cart" button when you decide to buy.

4. Summary screen

After clicking "Add to Cart" button, you will see summary of your transaction. You can continue shopping by clicking "Continue shopping" button (go to step 1) or click "Next" button (go to step 5) to process this transaction further. Please be informed that you can input discount voucher when you have one.

5. Register and Login screen

Only registered customer can create transaction in Mamupapu.com. Please login if you already have an account, or please register if you are new customer. Please entered your actual and correct information, this data is crucial for product delivery and our communication.

6. Shipping information

This section is describe a little bit about our delivery method. Please simply click next button. (For detail shipping information, please click our delivery link on bottom left of home page).

7. Choose Payment type

We only support Bank Wire payment via Bank BCA for this time being. Please click on bank wire box to continue to next step.

8. Confirm your transaction

Please confirm your transaction by clicking "I confirm my order" button.
An email describing this transaction's information is sent to your email.
Your order step is done, and now your are on waiting state. Please do not pay anything yet.

9. Our back office is processing your order

We are checking your data validity, stock availibility, and calculating delivery price. Once done, we will send an confirmation email telling you that our stock is available (or not available), delivery price, total amount to pay, and where to pay (Currently we only support bank wire / transfer via Bank BCA).

10. Pay via Bank BCA

You can pay via Bank BCA's ATM, Internet Banking, or BCA Office. Please put your order number as comment when you pay when available. If your order number #000024, please put "order 24". This comment is optional, but really helpful to verify which one is your payment.

11. Confirm your Payment

Please confirm your payment by replying our previous confirmation email.
